General Brown classifies this as a “Dark Directive” – a separate, but significant threat – and keeps the operation secret, assigning it to his former teammate: Major Stryker.

As the Bone Army advances, the Forgotten King manifests in spectral form, commanding legions of ghostly skeletons. But Dracula refuses to be outmatched, summoning spirits of his greatest warriors, reborn as blood-forged skeletons made from his own vampire blood!

Major Stryker

When it became clear the Forgotten King was recruiting more strange villains, General Brown initiated the Dark Directives to handle secondary threats – the enemies that Declan and the main team couldn’t be pulled away from. But Brown needed someone he could trust to run it, and there was no one he trusted more than Major Stryker.

Stryker was Brown’s Eagle Force teammate back in the 80s. Since then, he has risen in the ranks of “Saber Cluster” – the US chain of command reserved for transplants of other nations’ armed forces. As a former member of Britain’s Royal Service, Stryker is now a four-star Major – the highest rank one can achieve in Saber Cluster. He can requisition intel, equipment, operatives, and deal with enemies like Levitican Serpieri with minimal reporting to General Brown.

Stryker’s gift for tactical problem-solving and his ability to keep his eye on the horizon make him the best choice to run Operation Monster Force’s Dark Directives.
