The 121st Special Ops, or “Phantom Corps” is a first-strike assault team designed to infiltrate and neutralize enemy leadership at the onset of hostilities. The unit comprises highly trained personnel drawn from the ranks of Recon, Delta, Rangers, and Zebra Unit Marines. There is always an Intelligence officer embedded with Phantom Corp in order to identify and extract sensitive personnel and resources from the infiltration zone. Declan Van Helsing was the previous agent assigned to Phantom Corps before he was commissioned to officially form Operation: Monster Force.
